1- Parents really matters
Coas group with umedi and the rest of its schools has very clear that parents are the essential responsible of their children education and that the school collaborates in this task in a delegating way. The pupil educative goals are only achieved if the binomial between school-family works.
The school encourages participation of umedi parents through (the mothers and fathers association) and (the marriages in charge of the class). It’s a way to involve parents to collaborate jointly with the school education project and help each other to be really involved in the education of their sons.

2- Personalized education
In our school each pupil and his parents have the benefit of a personalised follow-up. This is achieved by having individual tutorial meetings which is an essential reference among others education centres around us.
The tutor informs the parents due to an appropriate monitoring, of the progress and adaptation of the pupil to the school, his learning and the relation with his classmates
At least 3 times a year parents and tutor have a meeting but at any time if the parents feel so they can meet the tutor. In these meeting is very interesting to have a sincere dialogue as well as to work closely together with the school to ensure the child educative goals.
3- Teacher staff formation
As umedi knows that teachers better formation revert in pupils better formation and so the school achieves greater levels of excellence
